PLUR & PRs Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
At PLUR & PRs, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partners (TAPSTITCH & Apliiq). Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. Our goal in the future is to move this in-house while we create the demand and grow our brand. We hope that you can help us achieve this goal so that we can bring you even better return policies in the future.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue. Please contact us at plur.prs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
✅ Your order number
✅ A clear photo of the damaged/defective item
We will assess the situation and determine if a replacement is necessary.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PLUR & PRs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or your local post office.
- Filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
