PLUR & PRs Terms of Service

Welcome to PLUR & PRs! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and our products. By accessing our site and purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms

  • By using our website and making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
  • You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product & Order Policy

Made-to-Order Policy

All PLUR & PRs products are made on demand through third-party fulfillment partners (TAPSTITCH & Apliiq). As a result:

  • All sales are final (see Section 4 for details).
  • Orders are processed upon payment confirmation and cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.

Product Availability

We strive to keep our products updated, but we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
  • We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers, and we do not store credit card information.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

Due to our made-to-order production process, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at plur.pr@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the defective/damaged item

We will assess and determine if a replacement is warranted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PLUR & PRs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or local delivery carriers.
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary based on location and fulfillment partners.
  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We do not offer reshipments for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, graphics, and product designs, is the property of PLUR & PRs and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
