At PLUR & PRs, we work with Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment partners (TAPSTITCH & Apliiq) to produce and ship our products. Because of this, shipping times may vary based on product type, location, and demand.

🚚 Processing & Shipping Times

Each item is made-to-order, so please allow:

βœ… Processing Time: 5-10 business days before your order ships.
βœ… Shipping Time (USA): 3-8 business days after production.
βœ… International Shipping: 10-21 business days after production.

⚠️ Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping times.

While we just launched our shop, our goal is to speed up our shipping times by working with fulfillment partners closer to our target audience and improve customer experience. We hope you understand that this is a learning process for us and will work to improve our product, shipping times and overall experience with each customer we transact with.

πŸ“¦ Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the fulfillment partner's rates. We do not control these costs as they are set by TAPSTITCH & Apliiq.

🌎 Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, but international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. The customer is responsible for these charges.

πŸ“ Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if provided by our fulfillment partners). If you do not receive tracking details within 10 business days, please contact us atΒ plur.pr@gmail.com.

🚨 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

PLUR & PRs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience an issue:
1️⃣ Check your tracking number for updates.
2️⃣ Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) to file a claim.
3️⃣ If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office.

❌ Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes since production starts quickly. Please double-check your address before checking out.

πŸ”„ Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
